Law German Shepherds

Most people view the German Shepherd breed as intimidating,  a well trained German Shepherd can be the most rewarding dog you will ever own.  There loyalty, love and devotion to protect or serve is what makes a German Shepherd one of the most widely chosen breed.  In fact, German Shepherds are a working breed and become bored when they don't have a task in life.  Law German Shepherds provides customized programs based on your dog's temperament as well as you personal needs and daily lifestyle with your companion.  We offer various programs to assist you and your loyal companion in opening  a new line of communication for you and your dog.

This program is the beginning phase of raising a well
balanced German Shepherd.  The program focuses on  
Effective Communications and Basic Commands.  This is all
taught on lead in a positive manner.  Harsh training is never
our method.

The Advanced Level is needed to progress to the Home
Protection/Security phase.  It is important your dog will obey
both on and off lead in heavy distraction areas.  This program
is a higher level of obedience taking the basic obedience a
little further for the dog to obey off lead. Your dog will be able
to perform all basic commands from a distance all by the
handlers side without the use of a lead.

 

 

Behavior Modifications

 

Behavior Modification begins with the understanding of
your dog.  Learning to read your dog and their behavior
patterns comes with patience and diligence.  Dogs are
very much like children.  Without proper training and
guidance living with your loyal companion can be hard.  
Many times behavior is the result of human error.  In turn,
this can lead to behavior problems.  All of which can be
corrected with proper handling.  We as humans, must
realize dogs are not machines and each will excel in
different ways.  At Law German Shepherds we are here to
assist our clients and their loyal companions to adapt to
your lifestyle.  

Protection Training  

Whereas, most people view a protection dog as a mean dog
is absolutely not true.  In fact, a well-trained German
Shepherd  is a joy to own.  German Shepherds are known for
their loyalty to their family and to protect and serve.  A
well-trained German Shepherd who has learned to display
protection behavior can easily prevent your home or family
from being in harm. At times just having their presence is
enough to deter the threat.   They are more reliable than just
having a mean dog.  

Our program develops the skill level and confidence with you
and your German Shepherd.  Together you will know how to
respond to a threatening situation.  Although, we are more
into the protection level of our German Shepherds and most
are used for family companion, Search and Rescue and
Police K-9 your dog will be properly prepared if you so wish
to join a Schutzhund Club in your area.

 Wade is our master trainer and has received all certifications with in his K-9 training in FloridaWe We would like to welcome Christy.
